in progress.....

i get to gather with a small group of women every saturday morning to practice and explore 'the artist's way' by julia cameron.  it is a delicious merging of fears, joys, and inspirations.  we have a private VIP room in a local coffee shop...we sip on comforting cappuccino's and i splurge on a maple pecan scone every saturday (being gluten free this is really a splurge!)...we go through the past weeks readings and tasks...it can be painful but somehow walking on the path with these juicy women makes it easier to get to the other side...i truly look forward to my saturday morning with the ladies!!
so up early to play for a bit and then maybe a little nap before i head off to find myself...
these 'inner child' art dolls are really a product of me looking inside myself to see what is making me tick...but deeper to see what is making me NOT tick..hmmmmm...
so the 'inner child' dolls just keep on a coming and i love them...i need to sit down and figure out a 'how to take care of  your inner child' instruction guide....now that is fun!
so if you ever see one of these art dolls that tickles your fancy...let me know...they are all up for adoption and i know that they are meant for someone special...
have a joyous saturday...and pay attention to the small voice today...it is really the important one!!

  1. how interesting that we are both doing the Artist Way at the same time! I love it, nd I love you, and you and I are so in sync. Each of us are creating daily, stretching ourselves, discovering more about who we are, facing our critic and being inspired by others. I love trudging this road with you. I want to come to your studio and play soon..
