first of all....thank you to everyone that is joining me on this trip!  it the adventure  of a lifetime for certain!
i started my day with a 'baguette'...they use alot of tapioca flour so the bread is very light.
then on the motorbikes for another day of amazing lessons and experiences!
this is how the locals dry their rice.....

yep.....right on the blacktop road!

and corn...

and coffee beans!

and then of course....everyone gets to see an elephant take a bath and walk through the water....and get ready for a days work...right?

when they harvest the bananas they just cut off the branch....these are treats for the elephant.

these are their fishing boats....carved out of ONE root!

we had to get off the motorbikes many times to cross muddy roads....of course i nearly lost one of my sandals....but i did not fall into the mud! 

 but who cares when you are going to visit a WATERFALL!!!!!!!  (and yes....i just went in my underwear.....)  this was the best experience ever!!!

oh.....and here is the 'lifeguard'...in case anyone goes over the falls and needs help....we opted to just take a swim...

on the LONG ride to the hotel where we spending the night...we were caught in a darned good rain storm....thank goodness for rain gear!!!

we have eaten nothing but local food....our favorite....and experienced more in 3 days than some people experience in a life time.....

we saw young boys selling iguanas, snakes and civet cats on the road side for people to cook....(and here i thought they were cool pets!)  we saw houses that were built on stilts so the animals could live under the house...

we saw ZERO homeless.....

thank you again for joining us on this truly divine adventure!   we are putting our sore bums back in the saddle again!
