Back in the saddle

Spent a lovely weekend in the Sebastopol area...beaches, hikes, redwoods....just a wonderful getaway!  It is our first mini vacation since moving into the house.

Lots of inspiring things to see...came home with some great art ideas.

I was going to catch you up with the house photos but got bored with that...

Working on a dress series..vintage dresses dipped in beeswax...so here is what I worked on yesterday...this dress had been cut up so I reassembled it with book pages and some new/old lace...a little heart and some rusty barbed wire from some exploring we did this past weekend....

I do love dresses!
