Solarity is in the Fabric

if you have been following me...you know that i am purging...alot....i adore purging...alot!  we live a simple life....as minimalists it is easy to keep our belongs to a low hum...
as i have been going through my belongings i have come across some 'unfinished' artwork....anybody else got 'unfinished' art lying around their studios? soooo....i dragged out some fun stuff and completed this piece, (fabric, paper, foil, inks, scissors and the sewing machine and a technique inspired by Jane Lafazio).  i am calling it 'Solarity in Fabric'.  Solarity is a made up word...or so i thought....i looked it up and...it exists!
Solarity Definition. Solarity was a term coined to describe the qualities of the organization we wished to build. The word solar is an adjective that can mean determined by, proceeding from, or pertaining to the sun. The sun shines light on things, helps them grow and thrive.
