The Neverland Ranch

my project for today is a bit different...i made a road trip to Michael Jackson's Neverland Ranch in Santa Barbara, California!!! what an experience. i was compelled to visit the memorial...people were flying in from japan to pay there respects and i live a mere five hours from the gates...i just had to do it! i invited a few willing friends, we wrote our messages on Motown-Jackson 5 records, and away we went. the ride was full of excitement and Michael Jackson music. we arrived early in the afternoon and i was surprised that there were not more people there...but the amazing memorials that were left in Michael's name were amazing. letters, banners, photos, paintings and flowers galore. no matter the trials and tribulations that man had personally, he touched many with his music, dance and style. his spirit will live on through the many gifts he left on earth...i am grateful that i took the time to see this amazing tribute to Michael Jackson!!!
