waiting to be dipped in beeswax...

so this is one of the houses that we are going to be making in class this thursday...it is waiting to be waxed.  there are two other smaller houses that will make up this trilogy of houses....love it!  darling husband was out of bed yesterday just long enough to cut up enough wooden houses for me and my students.  thank you darling husband!
i have an extremely busy week coming up so i needed to get my lesson plans in place early this week...doctor appointments, grocery shopping, repeat mammogram...oh just the usual right?  on friday i start teaching a group of high school kids how to make secret compartment books....that is what is really taking  up alot of mind space for me this week...i am both nervous and excited...well really i cannot tell the difference between nervous and excited...so i am both...i will be with the kids six weeks, two hours each week....it is going to fly!!  and i know we will have fun.
have a calm sunday and remember to play a bit today....it is good for your spirit!
